Synopex donated 1,000 water filters and 10 million won in cash to residents of flood-stricken areas in Gyeongbuk.
Synopex decided to donate Sinotex Absolute Water Filters to prevent secondary damage caused by contaminated water as a way to help residents of flood-stricken areas, and announced that it would donate 1,000 sets of water filters and 10 million won in cash through the Korea Federation of SMEs.
Synotex Absolute Water Filters use high-performance filter technology used in advanced semiconductor processes. The first-stage 5um MDA filter filters out various impurities and microplastics. The second-stage large-capacity carbon block filter absorbs residual chlorine and various heavy metals. The third-stage 0.65um PES membrane safely filters out over 99% of ultra-fine plastics.
In particular, the 3-stage PES membrane filter can block 99.96% of bacteria, so it can prevent infectious diseases that may occur due to contaminated water in flood-stricken areas.
