The contract for goods purchased through synotex.com is concluded with synotex (the "Contract"), and all goods ordered by you are for your personal and domestic use only and are not for resale. When placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Your confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided on your order form, detailing the products you have ordered, your payment method, the cost (including VAT and P&P where applicable) and the typical delivery time.
Please ensure that all details in this confirmation email are correct and if any details are incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not accepted, we will send you an email informing you of the reason. Due to the high volume of orders during promotional or sale periods, we are unable to change your purchase after you have placed it.
The delivery time for your order is an approximation and not a definitive delivery time.
Your order will be shipped to the address you provided when placing your order. If you order more than one item, your items may be shipped in separate shipments if certain items are out of stock.

Most items sold by synotex.com can be returned for a refund within 28 days of delivery.
Most damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items will be exchanged for the same item within 28 days of delivery, in all cases where this is due to our error.
